Focus and Scope
The Journal of Psychology and Business Strategy (JPBS) is a peer-reviewed publication dedicated to the intersection of organizational psychology and strategic management. We welcome original research, case studies, and theoretical reviews that provide actionable insights for the Canadian and global business sectors.
Submission Standards
Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been published elsewhere. All manuscripts should follow the APA (7th edition) formatting guidelines. Submissions are screened for plagiarism using professional software to maintain high academic integrity.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
Manuscripts for review should be submitted in Microsoft Word or RTF format. However, all final articles accepted for publication will be professionally typeset and issued as PDF Galleys to ensure academic preservation and accessibility.
Manuscripts should follow the journal's standard two-column template (available upon request) or be submitted in a clear single-column format for review.
All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
